Like most small businesses, we started out working for companies that did similar things to what we at Capital Equipment now do. We understood that there would be some pretty steep competition in the commercial ice machine sales, rental, service, and repair industry but we believed that we could do it better than the big guys. As most small businesses know, there is a lot of stress and adjustments that have to be made in order to grow and when you add a crazy year like 2020 into the mix, it can make for some tough times but with our customers support we are able to continue doing what we love into 2021.
